Go to downtown, find a building with an open door this building is near the bridge that leads u from downtown to prawn island.

go through the door and you will "transport" to a helipad for the newscopter. Go to the top edge that almost touches another building, you should see

a window, jump through it and u will find an easter egg. If there is more than one window, try all of them if non of them work, somthing is wrong
