Väl ute ur huset (motellet) börjar en hisnande biljakt. CJ slår ut bakrutan för att kunna skjuta fritt på snutarna som är hack i häl på motorcyklar. När herrskapet tror sig ha skakat loss lagens långa arm svävar en helikopter fram bakom krönet. Helikoptern tippar nosen och ställer upp rotorbladen i nästan 90 grader som en köttkvarn. Det finns ingen annan stans att ta vägen än att åka rakt fram eller backa. Det ligger en skadad motorcykelpolis på motorhuven. De (CJ och föraren, troligen Sweet) chansar och trycker plattan i botten rakt emot helikopterns rotorblad. Polisen blir slarvsylta och taket på bilen sönderslitet, men de klarar sig undan oskadda och får dessutom stuntbonus för sin våghalsighet.

The Internet Movie Database is reporting that San Andreas will have a PC version date of May 15, 2005. The IMDB has been known to be a reliable site, but keep some doubt until this information comes directly from a Rockstar press release. Also note that their PS2 version is still listed as October 19th. We send thanks to Jasonlives for this piece of news. This news is a rumor if I haven't stated that enough already.

PHOENIXZERO points out that the 15th is a Sunday, when games do not ship, but the month is incorrect also. Following Take2's financial schedule would place the PC version of San Andreas around a year after the PS2 version, instead of the usual 6 months

Jag unpinnar denna tråd nu. Det var inte meningen att hälften av SA-forumets trådar skulle bli inlägg i en osammanhängande supertråd. Det blir bara rörigare så. För att få lite mer struktur uppmanas ni nu att posta nya trådar om ni har ny information att förmedla.

Glöm dock inte att hitta på fyndiga trådnamn. "Ny info" eller "Nya bilder" säger inte så mycket och har man 5 sådana trådar/sida kan det bli lite jobbigt att hålla reda på dom.

Another German print publication, Man!ac, has done a San Andreas preview in their November issue. Between going on about the larger polygon counts and shorter loading times, they revealed a few less-known pieces of information that are of no news to me, but might not be familiar to you folks.

When in gang wars, you will be able to give the gang members that respect you tactical advice (such as in a war simulation game).

Playing basketball will be a side-game such as ambulance missions or gambling in casinos.

As in the previous GTAs, the standard police force (LSPD) will give up after 4 wanted stars, leaving you to defend yourself from tougher forces at 5 & 6 stars.

Shop owners will draw weapons and defend themselves if they feel threatened.
